Meet the SmartLife VIA Willow Valley Team

Devon joined SmartLife VIA Willow as a Lifecare Coordinator in February 2018. Her past work experiences have given her applied strategies in the areas of home services and life enrichment for older adults. She earned her BSW with a minor in psychology from Kutztown University. Devon believes in cultivating relationships through empowerment, choice and respect. She is looking forward to applying those skills with members of the SmartLife program and within the Lancaster County community.

Chelsea joined SmartLife VIA Willow Valley in March 2018. She graduated from Shippensburg University with a B.A. in Communication/Journalism and a minor in Psychology. Her previous work experience includes customer service, event planning, administrative assistant roles and accounts payable. Chelsea’s favorite part about her position is meeting new people and getting to know the SmartLife members.

Tonya joined SmartLife VIA Willow Valley as the Client Relations Specialist in September 2023. In her role, Tonya helps educate individuals about SmartLife and partners with other organizations and professionals serving seniors throughout Lancaster, Lebanon, Dauphin and York counties. Meeting new members and helping them secure a plan for the future is what Tonya enjoys most about her job. She received a B.A. in Education from West Chester University and is a native of Lancaster County, still residing there today with her husband and daughter.
