All Plan Options Provide Lifetime of Financial Protection
SmartLife VIA Willow Valley offers three different plans to choose from. The plan you purchase today will cover your long-term care costs in the future, providing you with a lifetime of financial protection and peace of mind. All plans provide lifetime coverage for long term care needs at home and community-based services.
All-Inclusive
Covers 100% of at home senior care services, community-based living, and skilled nursing services up to your daily benefit.
Security
Covers 85% of home care support services and 70% of community-based supportive living and skilled nursing services. There is a 15% co-pay for home care services and a 30% co-pay for community-based services.
Co-Pay
Covers 50% of home care support services and 50% of community-based supportive living and skilled nursing services. There is 50% co-pay for home services and community-based services.
